​Elise Walton is a business strategist through Game Change Your Biz and a massage therapist and owner of Balanced Harmony Massage. With more than 20 years’ experience in finance and insurance, Elise is applying her business knowledge to helping fellow massage therapists get their businesses off their ground - on a budget.

In addition to training massage students one-on-one, Elise operates Game Change Your Biz, a business focused on helping budding massage therapists and entrepreneurs start their own practice without breaking the bank. Elise has spent decades working as an assistant financial manager and property and casualty claims adjuster, which gives her an insider’s perspective on the ins and outs of business ownership. Combined with her knowledge of the health and wellness and the financial and insurance industry, Elise provides a unique perspective in business strategies with done-for-you templates, blogs, e-books and podcast business tips.

​Elise lives in Virginia Beach, VA, and is an avid runner, entrepreneur, reader and cook. She has run a marathon or half-marathon on three different continents, with a goal to run a race on all seven continents.
